In-store appraisals are free of charge. Please feel free to come to the store. For on-site appraisals, we will charge 5,000 yen for the Chuetsu region and 10,000 yen for the Joetsu and Kaetsu regions as a travel fee. However, if you sell an item, the travel fee will be free. So, if you are unsure whether to sell or not, we recommend that you first send us a free online appraisal or LINE appraisal to see what kind of items you have, and then understand and agree on the approximate amount before coming to the store for an on-site appraisal.

Please rest assured, our appraisers will provide a detailed explanation of each item. Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries.

If you are satisfied with the valuation price, we will buy it from you on the spot in cash.
Bank transfer is also possible.

If you have the box that the item came in or the appraisal certificate, please bring them along. This may increase the appraisal value. In order to be satisfied with the appraisal value and purchase the item, we will ask for your identification in accordance with Article 15 of the Secondhand Goods Dealings Act. Please bring something that can prove your identity, such as a driver's license.

Please contact us with any item. There are many cases where items that customers think have no value are sold for a higher price. Please contact us before disposing of the item.

Founded 70 years ago, our shop in Nagaoka has been in business for three generations. We can purchase Japanese swords even if they are rusty. Please feel free to contact us. Some people sharpen their swords themselves, but this can ruin the shape of the sword and make it less valuable. Please contact us without removing the rust.

We cannot appraise an item without someone to view it. We recommend that you make a reservation by phone or email before coming to the store.

If you request an on-site purchase and sell an item, we will return the item to you within 8 days from the date the purchase procedure is completed.

You will need a letter of attorney from the owner of the item being sold, as well as copies of identification (such as a driver's license) for the owner and the agent.
